(01)Overview

An AI-powered portal that automates AAYAAM AI's hiring pipeline. Candidates are ranked by cosine similarity of OpenAI text-embedding-3-small vectors combined with custom rule-based scoring, AI feedback explains whether a candidate should be hired, interviews are scheduled automatically, and offer letters are generated with RAG on company letterhead. The work earned Employee of the Month (March 2025).

(02)What we built

1. Candidate ranking via cosine similarity of OpenAI text-embedding-3-small vectors, blended with rule-based scoring on skills, AI experience, total experience, and education.
2. AI feedback that gives human-like reasoning on whether a candidate should be hired — improving shortlisting accuracy.
3. Post-interview reviews submitted by interviewers and surfaced inside the candidate portal for HR insights.
4. Zoho Meeting scheduling via Zoho APIs — meetings auto-scheduled when a candidate confirms.
5. Automated offer-letter generation using RAG, rendered on company letterhead from the admin panel.
6. Awarded Employee of the Month (March 2025) for AI automation in the hiring pipeline.
